PLANET VC-231GF on VDSL2-Ethernet-muunnin SFP-
modulipaikalla, joka mahdollistaa uuden G.vectoring
modulaation avulla jopa 200/100Mbit/s tiedonsiirtonopeudet
puhelinkaapelissa. SFP-modulipaikkaan voidaan asentaa
haluttu Gigabitin SFP-valokuitumoduli. VDSL2-tekniikan
käyttökohteita ovat mm. kiinteistöjen laajakaistaverkot,
rakennusten ja toimipisteiden väliset tiedonsiirtoyhteydet,
sekä lyhyen matkan internet-yhteydet operaattoriverkoissa.
Erityisen hyvin uudet VDSL2-tekniikan tarjoamat
tiedonsiirtonopeudet soveltuvat Triple Play-palveluiden
toteuttamiseen, missä on tarve IP-pohjaiseen tiedonsiirtoon
samanaikaisesti äänelle, datalle, videolle sekä 4k-
tasoiselle TV-kuvalle.
PLANET VC-231GF on yhteensopiva PLANET VC-234G/VC-231G/VC-
231GP-mallen kanssa.
