The PLANET new advanced industrial hardened Gigabit Ethernet Switch �V IGS-801, is equipped with new slim type, IP-30 metal case and 8 10/100/1000Mbps Auto negotiation ports which provide operate reliably in Heavy Industrial demanding environments. The IGS-801��s rugged IP-30, slim type case allows either DIN rail or wall mounting for efficient use of cabinet space, it also provides an integrated power supply source with wide range of voltages (12 to 48V DC) for worldwide operability with high availability applications requiring dual or backup power inputs.

The IGS-801 provides a high level of immunity to electromagnetic interference and heavy electrical surges typical of environments found on plant floors or in curb side traffic control cabinets. The feature of operating temperature range of -10 to 60 Degree C coupled with hazardous location certification (Class 1 Division 2) allows the IGS-801 to be placed in almost any location

The IGS-801 equips with 8 10/100/1000Mbps ports that offers auto MDI / MDIX feature, 16Gbps non-blocking switch fabric and the 8K MAC Address table so that it can perform wire-speed packets transfer without risk of packet loss. The Gigabit ports supporting 9K jumbo packet can handle large amounts of data transmission in a secure topology linking to a backbone Switch or high-power servers.
